I'm on the road again!  In addition to building stuff and being my regular charming self on Dear Genevieve, I'll be pulling the strings that make Cathy Rigby fly around the stage on the 2011 tour of Peter Pan!  

As a result, our soon-to-be-wildly-popular podcast, We Only Talk About Everything, may not record on our regular Saturday schedule.  We'll still get your half-hour of insight, observations, and mildy offensive humor out about once a week, so be sure to subscribe so the new ones show up when they are posted.

Aaaannnd... We're back!

It's May, and we're back in the thick of it. Dear Genevieve starts shooting this week, and we're pushing through August to finish out Season 5.

Our first few episodes are right here in NYC! Most of the gang is coming back, but Jaime has moved on to other things. I will let her tell y'all what she's doing now, but we will all miss her!

Spring Break

Dear Genevieve is taking a little break.  Gen has to run off and shoot Design Star for a few weeks, so the rest of us will be taking a few weeks for ourselves.  I'm going to be doing a few things, some internet stuff, maybe getting the podcast off the ground, and developing some iPad apps.  

Don't worry.  Dear Gen will be back to shooting in May for another 10 episodes, and there's a lot more to come.

© RightIndex via FlickrDear Genevieve is heading up north this week!  We're wicked excited to be doing this episode for a very special girl.  Jaime and Jess are down in Austin, TX taking in South By Southwest, so they'll be missing our fun for a whole different kind of fun.  Don't worry, though!  Erica & Basia are tagging in for Jaime & Jess, and Mike & I will be in tow!   So we're breaking out our best non-rhotic accents and driving north.

Season 5 is Here!

Dear Gen, Season 4!

HGTV's Dear Genevieve is starting a new season!  We'll be shooting season 4 in and around New York City from the end of August to mid-January 2011.

On a personal note, I'd like to say a great big thank you to all the people who have allowed me to work in this incredible (and sometimes incredibly frustrating) business we call television.  Dear Gen's fourth season marks my 16th season of home makeover and design TV, and I am so grateful to everyone involved.  Here's to 16 more!
